I just finished your book, I want Candy, and being Chinese American I can say I identified with many of the issues you mentioned in your book. I also pulled somebody's pants down, but it was entirely accidental.

Its Heather from Chickie Lit Night. I already finished I Want Candy and I totally dug it, though I think it would have been better if you could have read the whole thing to me while I sat on plush couch and sipped champagne. Is that service available if I buy the hardcover?

I also feel like there aren't enough hamster in literature and I was happy to see them featured prominently in your book. I also had a pet duck which I accidentally drowned. What a drag. We didn't eat it though, because we were wasteful, white suburbanites.

I am enjoying very much the trevails of Lindsey. You got a killer wit. The type where you laugh out reading the book and then realize everyone is probably looking at you weird. I have become self concious wearing anything beige/tan though. I blame you for that. Tim
